Airtight construction in The Harbour

De Haven is part of 'The Elements', a large area development of around 3,000 homes in a new urban neighbourhood on the River Meuse. The distinctive wide avenues, large front gardens and beautiful details, such as bell gables, roof overhangs and masonry dressings, have combined to create the feel of popular 1930s neighbourhoods.

Various air seals have been achieved on this project using Liquid Rubber HBS200, such as around the window and door frames, the connection of floor slabs, penetrations, and vertical connections. An airless spray pump was used for this, enabling a high daily output.
