Applications
Liquid Rubber is applicable for waterproofing and air sealing of basements, gutters, penetrations, window joints, bilge seams, ground level details, flat roofs, swimming pools, planters and ponds.

Colour
Liquid Rubber HBS200 has a brown colour when unprocessed. After processing and curing, the product turns black with a sheen. This gloss comes off over time.

The consumption of Liquid Rubber strongly depends on layer thickness, method of application and type of substrate.

Application
Liquid Rubber can be applied with a brush, roller or airless spray system. It adheres to virtually all substrates such as; concrete, stone, metal, bitumen, wood, PVC and zinc!

Only process at temperatures above 5°C. The product may be charged with (rain) water after 24 hours. Surfaces must be dry, clean, dust- and grease-free. Stir the product well before use.
When bridging seam, gap and crack, Geotextile should be used. Apply the Geotextile after the first layer of Liquid Rubber has been applied. Module the Geotextile into the still wet substance and maintain at least a 50 mm overlap on the structure. Then immediately cover with a second layer of Liquid Rubber. 

For porous or active substrates such as bitumen, concrete, porous bricks, wood, zinc, copper, aluminium and galvanised steel, use B-Primer for optimum adhesion.

Liquid Rubber HBS200: the universal solution

Liquid Rubber HBS200 is a universal liquid rubber sealant effective for waterproofing, air sealing and corrosion protection. The liquid rubber coating adheres to concrete, stone, metal, bitumen, EPDM, wood, PVC and zinc, among others. This makes the liquid rubber coating extremely suitable for making many objects water- and airtight. The environmentally friendly water-based product is non-toxic, solvent- and VOC-free and friendly to the user and the environment. Its weather, UV and chemical resistance make it a high-quality and durable product.
Corrosion protection - extend life of liquid rubber
After curing, the liquid rubber coating is permanently elastic up to 900% and can easily absorb the action of different substrates. In combination with a Geotextile, Liquid Rubber HBS200 is seam- and crack-bridging. This makes the rubber coating suitable for sealing objects consisting of materials with different expansion coefficients. Liquid Rubber HBS200 is excellent for, among other things, sealing around ventilation openings, drains or penetrations in roofs, walls, floors and damaged roofing or larger cracks in concrete.
