Two-component system
Concrete decks are exposed to heavy loads from traffic, water, de-icing salts and temperature fluctuations on a daily basis. Without adequate protection, cracks, leaks and corrosion of the reinforcement occur.
Liquid Rubber forms a durable, seamless and fully waterproof barrier that provides long-term protection of the concrete against penetration by water, salts and chemicals.
For concrete decks that remain visible or outdoors, it is Liquid Rubber SprayGrade the right choice. This two-component system is UV-resistant and can be applied quickly and efficiently with our HVLP pump system - ideal for larger areas.
If the concrete deck is built on or provided with a roof garden after application, we recommend using Liquid Rubber BelowGrade. This also two-component system is specially developed for applications without UV exposure and provides long-term protection against rising damp and water penetration.
Both systems adhere excellently to a variety of substrates and form an impermeable, permanently flexible barrier after curing.

Liquid Rubber BelowGrade is a 2-component system used exclusively by certified application partners can be applied. The product is not UV-resistant and is therefore applied to areas where no exposure to sunlight occurs - for example, below ground level or in applications on the inside of buildings.
Liquid Rubber BelowGrade is highly elastic, vapour-proof, air- and watertight and adheres to virtually any substrate, making it a reliable solution for connections and transitions even under the harshest conditions.
Liquid Rubber SprayGrade is a 2-component system that is always applied by trained application partners using special spray equipment. It forms a seamless, flexible membrane that is UV-resistant and therefore very suitable for outdoor applications.
Like the other products, Liquid Rubber SprayGrade is highly elastic, vapour-tight, air- and watertight and has strong adhesion to a variety of substrates, thus providing a durable seal even for complex details and transitions.
